Some of y’all are calling it leadership… but really, you’re just doing too much.
STOP majoring in the minors.

And here’s the hard part:

Being the woman who can “handle everything” may have gotten you promoted before.
But it can block you from the executive level.

Your focus should be:
Strategy
Visibility
Relationships
Decision-making and conflict-management
Developing other leaders.

So before you jump in and fix the next thing, ask yourself:
“Does this really require me?”

Sis, your next level may require you to do less — but lead more.
