Fun Fact Friday! Did you know that a tiny 2% drop in hydration can completely tank your athletic performance?
It’s true! Even mild dehydration can lead to quicker fatigue, slower reaction times, and decreased overall strength. If you want to perform like an elite athlete, you have to treat your body like an elite machine—and that starts with drinking enough water throughout the entire day. Don't wait until you're already thirsty to start hydrating!
