Core Wisdom

Core Wisdom offers a free discovery session, private Pilates instruction, Pilates classes (limited to 9 students).

Most Auto and Workman's Compensation Insurance Accepted. We offer private instruction, Pilates Mat classes, Pilates reformer, chair and pole classes, Yoga classes and Massage therapy. We limit our classes to 4-6 students so integrity isn't lost. We specialize in rehabilitative Pilates for those injured, in pain, out of shape and inflexible. However, being in Boulder we also have our weekend warriors and athletes, new moms, young adults and children in doing Pilates.
