Growth is not an effort problem. It is a conditions problem.

I spent years believing the opposite. That if something in my body was not changing, I needed to push into it harder. Stretch further. Be more disciplined about it.

That is not how tissue works. Fascia does not respond to force. It responds to what surrounds it. Hydration, space, time, and enough repetition that the body stops bracing.

Change the conditions and the body does the rest on its own.
This is why Be Here Farm was the right partner for our retreat in Estes Park last week.

Jared and Velisa have spent nearly two decades farming biodynamically and formulating by hand, which means the plant is only half of what you are putting on your skin. The soil it grew in is the other half. Same logic, different tissue.

Vera filmed part of this one with me, which felt right for a brand built by a family on their own land.

Plants, skin, fascia. Attention and patience decide what has room to grow.
