Last month our run club crew was challenged to set a goal for the month of the number of miles they’d like to achieve. Happy to say the majority of us hit our goal even with cold weather days, Spring Break vacations, and illnesses. Way to go guys!!

April’s challenge is to set a one-session goal for the longest uninterrupted run/walk combo you’d like to achieve during the month.

What is your one-session uninterrupted mileage goal?

📣ANNOUNCEMENT!!!📣

Hey SMRC followers!! I’m excited to announce that I’ll be migrating our South Metro Run Club into a major part of my AnderLoch Fitness brand!

As such, this page is going to be re-branded and will primarily become a public landing page for people looking for run club activities info.

For those of you looking to join AnderLoch Run Club as a member, I’m creating a private group, and we’re kicking off March with a “Run Your Goals” challenge.

As a member of the group, you can expect weekly content, including training tips, nutrition guidance, access to monthly (hopefully more) group runs, and a bunch of support and encouragement for anyone looking to up their run/walk game.

Joining AnderLoch Run Club is easy, and with a one-time registration fee of $25, you’ll get a member run club shirt and lifetime access to the group!
