This clinic is all about developing soft, quick hands so players can catch cleanly, move the ball efficiently, and make plays before the defense or goalie has time to react.

We’ll work on catching on the run, quick sticks, receiving feeds in tight spaces, getting off a quick shot, and moving the ball efficiently from end to end.
