No easy way to say this
But I usually have to figure it out myself and that usually leads to me figuring it out the hard way or taking far too long to do it
I just go back to adage of… if anything’s worth doing, it’s not going to be easy
Not sure if that’s how I’m supposed to be approaching life but here we are… still learning the hard way

It might seem boring
But the performance I’ve gotten out of my body has been anything but
Brain fog? Gone. Stomach aches? Never heard of em. Lack of energy for a lift? Couldn’t be me
By taking the time to intentionally eat and fuel my body for my goals, I’ve really eliminated a lot of things that hard to plague me and im sure still plague plenty of people
It might be seen as a sacrifice to some, but once you get started on this, it never feels like one
Any tips and tricks would be helpful
It’s hard for people to grasp, like CJ why wouldn’t you just sleep in?
Well for starters I am woefully horrible at sleeping, let’s start there
For two, I actually enjoy just sitting and kinda taking things in, I think it’s part of my rest and recover process because I for sure feel better and more rested when I can just do that
Not just sleep
But yeah that’s my perfect day, not too hot, not too cold and you just need a light jacket
And I can now see sound
I definitely consume more than the legal limit when it comes to caffeine each and everyday, but it just tastes so good and makes me lift better
I just simply can’t quit now
The cumulative crash at the end of it might be enough to actually kill me
