Last summer, we spent the summer without AC, but thanks to the support of MassSaves and our Samia Companies - we have a fully operating AC system. Please stay hydrated and safe in the heat, and enjoy the cooler air in the studio.

Summer - we love it. Heat and humidity can be good for our bodies, and even though Northeast Arts now has AC, let's remember to stay hydrated, bring a cooling towel to class and rest as needed.

First week of July and summer schedule is in full swing. Yes, we are holding morning classes on Saturday July 4th. See you at the barre!

Summer comes with some time off, heat, humidity and lots of fun. Please remember to take a cooling towel, water, electrolytes and cool clothes to class. If you feel lightheaded or dizzy in the heat, it's time to stop and stretch instead. See you in class!
