We're excited to announce Rochelle Solomon as one of our incredible Boston 10K for Women Ambassadors!

For Rochelle, running is more than a sportโ€”it is a platform for connection, advocacy, community, and creating space for others to be seen and celebrated. Her commitment to creating a more inclusive and supportive running community guides her work on and off the course.

Currently, and among other running leadership engagements, she serves a coach and associate board member for Girls on the Run Greater Boston , and she actively supports the local Black Girls RUN! Boston - two of our 2026 Charity Partners!

Today's Winner Wednesday post is coming to you on a Monday because it's Molly Huddle's birthday! ๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅณ

Molly is a 5-time Boston 10K for Women champion (winning in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2015, and 2019)!

In 2019, Molly broke from the pack at Commonwealth Ave. and powered home to Charles Street to clinch the win. Beyond our race, Molly is a 2x Olympian, a 28-time USATF National Champion, and a former American record holder in both the 5K and 10K.

And fun fact: Molly Huddle led a campaign for Apple to create the female running emoji, which was released in 2016.

Let's give it up for Adina Crawford! From hosting pre-race warm-ups to joining us at our Run Clubs, she is an absolute powerhouse. And we're happy to feature her in our Women Powered by Withings campaign!

What started as โ€œjust a raceโ€ became something much more for Adina Crawford.

For five years, the Boston 10K for Women has marked her growthโ€”through strength, setbacks, and everything in between.

Some days she showed up confident. Other days, carrying more than miles.

But she always showed up. This October, she returnsโ€”reminding us that resilience is built by choosing yourself, again and again.

The one and only Katonya Burke is BACK as one of our Boston 10K for Women Ambassadors!

Katonya began her long-distance running journey at age 40, and she was the first person selected for the 2020 Boston Marathon Honorary Team, which marked her first marathon. She has since earned a Six Star Medal, which is given to runners who have completed the original six major marathons (Chicago, New York, Berlin, London, Boston, and Tokyo).

She is also one of Bostonโ€™s co-ambassadors for Black Girls RUN!, and received the 2022 Myra Kraft MVP award, which recognizes volunteers for going above and beyond to give back to their communities. Alongside her passion for running and community service, Katonya can be found behind the wheel of her โ€œBIG RIG" aka a 53โ€ฒ tractor and trailer.

Way to go, Buttercup! ๐ŸŒผ
