A program that builds every four weeks. Coaches who know you name and when to push you forward. A structure that does the work motivation can’t.

You stop starting over when the system is built to keep you going.

And the consistency you build now? Well strength isn’t just a phase it’s the best investment you can make in how you feel, move, and show up for your life at every age.

This is what that looks like.

2 weeks unlimited $49. Link in bio.

Week 4.

This is your peak week 💪💪

Lowest reps, heaviest weight, maximum effort. You spent week 1 learning the movement. Week 2 adding weight. Week 3 building volume.

Your one job this week: go heavy (with control and intention). Trust your form, trust the progression, trust yourself.

And make sure you write those numbers down so you know your starting point next time this cycle comes around!

See you on the rack!

What’s the actual return on showing up every week for years? 🤔

Every time you show up, add weight to the bar, and do it again next week, you’re doing something that goes way beyond how you look or feel right now.

After 30, your body starts losing muscle mass every decade. Not dramatically. But slowly and quietly.

Strength training consistently through your 30s and 40s will keep you strong, mobile, and independent in you 60s and 70s. You’ll recover faster. Get injured less.

What other people assume is just part of getting older won’t apply to you.

That’s what progressive overload actually buys you. A body that doesn’t just get by but continues to thrive.

Next time you wonder if your membership is worth it, remember you’re not paying for a gym. You’re investing in the next 40 years. 💪🔥

Now you’re not going to lose your place in the cycle no matter what your week throws at you.

You’re not starting over if you missed a couple days and there aren’t any gaps in your tracking sheet anymore.

All Access was built for the person who doesn’t use “busy” as an excuse. The person who figures out how to get it done anyway.

Same programming, access to all the equipment, the freedom to scale up or pull back based on exactly where you are that day.

Track every lift in the app, connect your Apple Watch or Garmin for stats, dial in your nutrition with macro tracking and recipes, and document your progress so the work actually shows.

All Access is now LIVE in Southie.

Your side plank Ancore row is doing 2️⃣ important things.

1️⃣ asking your core to resist lateral collapse so your obliques and deep stabilizers are working hard just to keep you off the floor.

2️⃣ add a row against cable resistance, and your core has to resist rotation at the same time as you pull.

Anti-rotation is one of the most important things we train, because real life and real movement constantly asks your body to stabilize while under load.

So right now you’re training
→ Lateral core stability (obliques, QL, deep stabilizers)
→ Anti-rotation under load
→ Upper back and rear shoulder
→ Full-body tension and control

This is why a 45-minute coached session at Lifted Fitness + Performance is going to hit differently than an hour random workout 10/10 times.

Every exercise has a purpose.

Your new strength cycle starts this week so here’s a fun little challenge for some of you. ⬇️⬇️

Leave your phone in the car. 🚗📲

Not on silent. Not face-down on the floor next to your water bottle.

IN👏THE👏CAR👏

Because even when you’re not looking at it, you know it’s there and some part of your brain is still holding space for the never ending mental clutter you’re dragging into class that’s not supposed to be there.

45 minutes might be all you get that day. So fully lock in and fully focus on you.

Raise your hand if you needed this reminder and you’re in! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ 🙋

500 classes 🔥🔥🔥

What you’re seeing isn’t just attendance.

It’s hundreds of early mornings.
Hundreds of decisions to show up.
Hundreds of opportunities to quit that they didn’t take.

The strength, confidence, and progress they’ve built didn’t happen because they got motivated.

It happened because they stayed consistent.

Congratulations to soleil ♡ Anh Le Jessie Brooks for joining the 500 club. An incredible milestone and one that’s well earned. 👏💪
