My Freckle Face ambassador is just checking in…

Prenatal yoga is about movement + mother-centered support & community.

For mothers (at any stage!), finding our people can be life-altering. In some cases, perhaps even life-saving.

Mothers need other mothers because we get it, we see ourselves in each other’s experiences, we take care of our own 🩷

So join us this fall! Two Prenatal Series to choose from:

•first one kicks off on Weds 9/2
•second one starts on Weds 10/22

Earlier this year I took a course on yoga style functional movement and strength building for women in midlife (thank you Lizzie Lasater | Yoga Content Creator 🙏)

It was also a good reminder that “traditional yoga” wasn’t created with a middle-aged woman’s body in mind.

By the end ➡️ it changed how I show up on my mat. And I wanted to create a class to share with my fellow middle age women locally!

45 mins of yoga style movement focused on

•body weight strength
•functional movement for everyday life
•a slow, restorative close

🧩 Just one piece of the strengthening and softening we need as we age.

No yoga experience required
