*It’s been a little bit since I taught Hot Flow at Mystic Fitness. I’m super excited to be subbing for Erin on Thursday, July 16th for her 9am & 6:15pm. I was lucky to be able to attend her 9am this morning. Loved flowing to Bob Marley’s “Natural Mystic.”

*I am looking forward to August 21st because at 5:30pm I am offering Sacred Ground: A Friday Night to Finally Land at Common Ground Yoga. This workshop is part restorative yoga class and part crystal singing bowl sound bath. Investment: $40.

*In Her Season workshop series with Kim Reed begins with In Her Fall at 6:30pm on Friday, September 18th at Purple Rose & Co | Kimberly Reed in Northborough. Investment: $60

*Zenathon on September 27th is a full day event. I am offering 2 workshops, both in the morning. At 10am, Heart of Zen will be a slow restorative practice with meditation, breath work and hands on energy work. Afterwards at 11am I am offering the Sound of Zen, an extended crystal singing bowl sound bath. Investment: $222 (Save 10% with code zenkatelynw)

The melody maker in Clinton was awesome. I LOVED the iced latte with oat milk and rose. Leigh and I hung out and worked on our upcoming joint project, which I’m excited to release when it’s ready. It’s half coffee shop, half guitar shop, tucked in the back of the old mill, and it’s exactly my kind of place. A true hidden gem, near the Fenway Barkley dog daycare if you’re lost.

I'm excited to share that I've officially earned my E-RYT 500 designation through Yoga Alliance!

I'm grateful for everyone who has been part of that journey.

A special thank you to Jacqui Bonwell for believing in me, challenging me to grow, and creating opportunities that have shaped my path as a teacher. Thank you as well to Johnny Gillespie and Dima Bosko for sharing your knowledge, experience, and passion so generously. I'm incredibly grateful to have learned from each of you.

Thank you to every student, teacher, mentor, and studio that has been part of this journey. I'm grateful to continue sharing this practice and look forward to what comes next.
