We are a family-friendly Martial Arts Gym, offering classes for all ages and training levels. We have an excellent cadre of instructors, and offer the most affordable rates in the area. We honor any member with special rates who are military/police/emergency paid or volunteer, past or present. Prices:
$135 adult monthly membership
$115 kids (5-15yrs)
$320 Family (immediate family sharing household)

As we start the week, and end the month, itā€™s a great time to reflect on training over the last little bit. Did you meet your goals? If not, where did you fall short? How can you be more consistent and hold yourself accountable for the actions you take that get you what you want?

We are often reminded of the Bob Proctor quote ā€œaccountability is the glue that bonds commitment to results.ā€ The absolute best part of our job is seeing dedicated students reaching their goals and beyond. To see the hard work and sacrifice payoff is truly humbling. Sometimes itā€™s for people competing, sometimes losing weight, or getting stronger, it all boils down to what you are willing to give, to receive what you want to get.

In training, like life, there are no shortcuts. Those goals seem so far away sometimes, but like any journey, itā€™s easier when surrounded by friends. We have your back, this week, this month, this year, this lifetime. Letā€™s build great things together. ļæ¼
