GYM HOURS REMINDER

Our summer hours were in effect from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Now that summer hours have ended, we’re officially back to our normal hours!

That means Wednesdays are back! 💪 We’re excited to see you in the gym again on Wednesdays.

💪 Circuit Circle — Mondays at 6:00–7:00 AM, starting Sept. 14

📢 Schedule note: The gym will close Thursday, September 3rd at 4PM and will be closed on Monday, September 7th for Labor Day.

You asked, and we listened! Starting the Monday after Labor Day in September, we’re bringing back a morning class from 6:00–7:00 AM!

Introducing… CIRCUIT CIRCLE 🔥

Join Johanna for a full-body circuit-style workout every Monday morning. Expect a fun, challenging mix of movements designed to get your whole body working and your week started strong! All skill levels are welcome, and this is free for all members. If you don't have a membership, no problem! Non-members can try this out for just $5.
