The Starts Up Front National & Global Recruiting Board proudly welcomes Coach Ray McNeil as our National Director of Offensive Line Scouting.

Coach McNeil brings elite credibility as a former collegiate athlete, an Arena Football League veteran who competed professionally for more than a decade, and a nationally respected offensive-line specialist. He has developed outstanding high school, college, and NFL offensive linemen, with more than 90% of the high school linemen who trained with him through graduation reportedly earning collegiate scholarships.

As our , Coach McNeil will help identify, evaluate, develop, and promote premier prospects nationwide. His extensive experience in , , and scholarship placement will strengthen the SUFRB mission of transforming unknown prospects into nationally recognized names.

Coach Scott brings extensive coaching, player-development and experience. He currently serves as defensive coordinator at Lawrence Academy, is an All-American Coach and national evaluator with Football University, and is the founder of V-12 Elite.
