Save the date!!! Western Idaho Judo Institute is hosting the 2027 WIJI Clinic and Training Session on Saturday, January 9th, 2027 in Fruitland, ID
Featured Clinician: Anzu Yamamoto -2x Junior World Champion, 3x All Japan National Champion, and 7x Grand Slam Medalist,
A 2 hour clinic will be followed by a lunch break with a 2 hour training session after lunch

We are excited to announce a new schedule starting in September, which includes the addition of a family class on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This will be our first weekday practice for all ages since 2020, aligning with our mission as a family-focused Judo Dojo. Our transition to the new location has been fantastic, and we are grateful for our partnership with Andy and the Boise Fencing Club.
Immediate Update (August)
Starting this week, Monday evening classes are discontinued. For the remainder of August, our schedule is:
- Sundays: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesdays: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
September Schedule
Beginning in September, our official schedule will be:
- Sundays (No changes):
- 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Family class
- 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Intermediate class
- 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Adult class
- Wednesdays (New schedule):
- 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Family class
- 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Intermediate and Adult class
