Part 2 is here—and these might be some of my favorite flavor combinations we entered this year. 😍🏆
For the 2026 Sonoma County Harvest Fair Professional Food Competition, I wanted to create desserts that balance familiar flavors with a few unexpected touches. Everything is scratch-made, with a lot of thought going into every flavor, texture and finishing detail.
Here’s Part 2 of our entries:
🌿 Rosemary-Infused Panna Cotta with Blackberry Compote — creamy panna cotta infused with rosemary and finished with a bright, slightly tart blackberry compote.
🎃 Pecan Crust with Pumpkin Cream Filling, Sage Maple Whipped Cream & Toasted Pecans — warm fall flavors with a buttery pecan crust, silky pumpkin filling and an herby-sweet sage maple finish.
🍋 Key Lime Bars — bright, tangy key lime filling over a buttery crust for that perfect sweet-tart bite.
❤️ Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies — buttery, tender cookies filled with raspberry for a simple classic done really well.
Part 1 brought the chocolate, pistachio, Biscoff and cherry—and Part 2 definitely leaned into some of the flavors I love experimenting with. Now we wait to see how they do! 🤞🏆
Which Part 2 entry would you reach for first?
