7am and our MOB family was already out there sweating it out to celebrate Independence Day our way.

5K of pure energy.
Kids running, one dedicated dad pushing a stroller the whole way, and so many smiles crossing that finish line.

And once again, MOB showed up as the 💪🏼largest team at the race. That’s what happens when a gym becomes a family. People don’t just show up for a workout, they show up for each other. 💙
