Growing a baby doesn’t mean pressing pause on movement♥️ At TREMBLE, our goal is always the same: to help every client get the most out of their 50 minutes while feeling safe, supported, and confident.

Coach is sharing a few examples of pregnancy modifications that can be used throughout pregnancy so our moms-to-be can continue moving comfortably and safely!

If you’re pregnant and taking class with us, be sure to let your instructor know before class begins. We’re here to support you every step of the way, and we’ll make sure you have the modifications you need to keep showing up and feeling your best!

What started as teaching water aerobics at 18 somehow led John here ✨ To a community that challenged him, inspired him, and helped shape him into the instructor he’s becoming today.
