Training Cycle 7 Starts Monday, June 29!
We're officially halfway through the year with Training Cycle 7 of 12, and this cycle is all about mastering two foundational movement patterns: Push and Hinge.
Training Cycle Exercises
• Push-Ups
• Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs)
How It Works
Each week, you'll see these exercises once as we progressively build strength and improve performance.
Push-Ups: Complete a max-rep set each week to track your progress and build muscular endurance.
RDLs: The programmed rep ranges will gradually decrease throughout the cycle, allowing you to increase weight while refining technique.
Week 1: 15 reps
Week 2: 12 reps
Week 3: 10 reps
Week 4: 8 reps
By steadily increasing intensity while improving movement quality, you'll be set up to chase a new personal record during our final challenge week ending July 25.
Whether you're working toward your first push-up, increasing your push-up count, or aiming for heavier RDLs, this cycle is designed to help you build strength and see measurable progress.
