10 days ago, our Hardcore community took on the 593 Challenge—593 reps to honor the 59.3 million Americans impacted by mental health challenges each year.
This workout was about more than fitness. It was about showing up for each other, raising awareness, and reminding ourselves that no one has to face life’s battles alone.
