Includes 8 classes, concluding with a belt graduation on the last class. Graduation will be a time for the kids to show off their new skills , break a board and receive a new belt. The belt and the 1st Karate T-shirt are included

Join the Blue Springs Police Department and community partners for National Night Out from 5:30 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, October 6 in the parking lot just south of the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce between 10th and 11th Streets.

This FREE family-friendly event brings neighbors, law enforcement and community organizations together to promote crime prevention, public safety and drug awareness. Enjoy free food, games, prizes and activities for all ages while learning how we can work together to keep Blue Springs a safe and welcoming community.

National Night Out is celebrated across the country and serves as a reminder that strong neighborhoods and community partnerships play an important role in preventing crime. We hope to see you there!

Fall Fun Festival IS happening September 18–20, and we can’t wait to welcome you to Downtown Blue Springs!

This year will look a little different due to the ongoing Main Street construction project. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work around the construction to bring you another great festival weekend.

A few important changes and reminders:

πŸ›οΈ Vendor booths will extend into the public parking lot off Smith Street.

🚧 Please stay OUT of all fenced construction areas.

⚠️ Follow all posted signs, barriers and safety instructions throughout the festival grounds.

πŸ‘· Please be patient with our volunteers, vendors, public safety partners and fellow festival guests as everyone navigates the temporary changes.

Construction may change where a few things are located, but it won’t change what Fall Fun Festival is all about: bringing our community together for a fun weekend in Downtown Blue Springs!

Dogtober Fest is back for its 32nd year! 🐾

Join us Sunday, October 18, at Kemper Outdoor Education Center for a tail-wagging day of fun featuring 90+ dog-friendly booths, contests, games, demonstrations, activities and plenty of excitement for pups and their people!

Admission is FREE with a donation of dry or canned dog food benefiting local animal shelters and rescues. Bring your pup, bring the family, and get ready for a DOGGONE good time!
