Erin Golston has built a remarkably consistent freestyle career, earning seven U.S. National Team selections, two U.S. Open titles and three Junior World medals. She also captured Pan American silver, won the Bill Farrell Memorial and earned bronze at the Muhamet Malo Ranking Series. A four-time Olympic Trials competitor, Golston continues competing at 50 kg while also serving on the Texas Woman’s University wrestling coaching staff.

We had HPG today and one thing we worked on is keeping our off leg in parterre clocking first and not second. Also toe in the mat for drive over pointed. We still use the pointed toe in the off or backside leg as we clock but more in the lift defense. We have adjusted this due to the popularity of the low pull gut internationally. Here’s two vids of the action.
