Before opening Blue Ridge, we had three questions:

Would people understand the concept?
Would they travel for it?
Would they want to return?

The early answer to that third question has been encouraging.

Four of our first five guest groups booked another stay while they were still at Blue Ridge. One group booked two additional trips before leaving.

They were not simply reserving another house. They were returning for:

Their own indoor court.
Time with their favorite people.
A private place built around play and connection.
A trip that was easier to organize because everything was under one roof.

That repeat behavior is one reason we are studying future Kaizen locations.

Staying at Kaizen Pickleball?!

A little competition. A few more rallies. More time on the court.

Play. Connect. Get a little better.

Our guest have the best suggestions on improving the property and the experience. We just had the hot tub turned 90 degrees so the cover was not blocking the view of the creek and mountains. Keep the suggestions coming in please.

Small improvement. Big difference.

We noticed a slight glare on the indoor court at Kaizen Blue Ridge, so we made a couple of upgrades:

We painted the back walls black to reduce glare and improve ball visibility.
We replaced all 28 lights above the court with bulbs that are 300 lumens brighter than the originals.

Linda says it now feels like you’re playing on a court lit for a TV broadcast.

We’re always looking for ways to make the Kaizen experience better — one improvement at a time.
