We will be closed for Labor Day on September 7.

There will not be kickboxing this Saturday, but we will still have open mat for BJ J. Come train, be safe, have fun, and train hard. 

In reference to the noon classes. Moving forward we will be starting those at 11am-1230pm on Tues 08/11/26. Thank you!

For the time being, we are just offering the noon classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thursday will be in the gi and Tuesday will be no gi.

Wonderful to get back to the grind. Special thanks to Kevin, purple belt from 10th planet out of Birmingham, AL for stopping in and getting some training time with us during our day class!

This week, we will only have noon classes on Tuesday and Thursday. There will be no noon classes on Monday or Wednesday. Night and kid classes will be normal schedule

Big congrats to Jimmy today for leveling up and earning a well deserved promotion to level 2 in the Hayastan Fighting System and Journeyman level 1 in our Snakepit Catch As Catch Can Association. His skill continues to get better and better and we're thankful to have him on the mats with us
