We don’t play many one day tournaments anymore so we’re not used to over 12 hours at the field. We made it through it yesterday as winners of the Fall Big Orange Showcase!! The energy these girls brought yesterday was unbelievable from the first inning all the way to the last! They laughed, cut up, and had a blast all day and that’s when this bunch plays their best. They stayed loose, the bats caught fire, and they never let up!

As a team, they hit .542 in 118 at-bats and only struck out 6 times all day! Our pitchers were just as good, holding teams to a .141 batting average and finishing with 30 strikeouts. But they couldn’t have done it without the defense making plays behind them!

If you want to see a bunch of girls who truly play for one another and have a dang good time doing it, come watch this group! They pull for each other, pick each other up, and just love playing ball together.

They’ve got a bunch of college visits coming up, and I couldn’t be prouder of them. Wherever these girls end up, those schools are going to be lucky to have them, not only as ballplayers, but as teammates and young ladies too! ❤️🥎💙

We’d like to welcome Olivia Aldridge and her family to our Freedom family! Olivia is a versatile athlete who can help us in multiple ways and brings a big bat to our lineup. We’re excited to have her and can’t wait to see her compete in a Freedom uniform!

Done things a little different tonight. We invited our younger team to work with our girls tonight and learn from them. Thank you to Freedom Fastpitch X7 for hanging out with our girls tonight!
