Meet Autumn ✨

Autumn is an AFAA certified Pilates instructor. She pursued her certification because, as a nurse, she helps people through some of their most difficult moments and supports them on their journey back to health. Pilates gives her a way to help people stay healthy, strong, and connected to their bodies. Autumn truly believes that movement is medicine, and loves being able to share that with others.

Her favorite thing about Soulstice is the versatility of the studio. From hot yoga and Pilates to cycle and strength classes, there are so many ways to move and challenge your body. Each class benefits you in a different way, and she loves that you can find so many different forms of movement all in one studio.

A few words from Autumn: “I started going to Soulstice during my senior year at Bloomsburg University, and I immediately fell in love with the studio and the community. All of the instructors were so welcoming, encouraging, and supportive, and I knew I wanted to be that person for other people. Becoming an instructor at Soulstice felt like a natural way to give back to the community that made me feel so welcomed from the beginning.”
