There’s nothing “pre” about prediabetes—and nothing harmless about being told your numbers are “borderline.”

Your body doesn’t go from healthy to diabetic in a day. Metabolic disease develops slowly. Blood sugar creeps up, blood pressure stays a little too high, cholesterol and triglycerides shift, or fat begins accumulating in the liver.

These are early warning signs. We shouldn’t ignore them simply because we haven’t crossed an official diagnostic line yet.

An A1C of 6.4% is considered prediabetes, while 6.5% is considered diabetes. That cutoff is necessary for diagnosing disease, but your body doesn’t suddenly become unhealthy because your number moved by one tenth of a percent. It’s all part of the same progression—and the earlier you take action, the more opportunity you have to change where you’re headed.

That’s why we created Longevity Foundations. It’s for proactive people like you who don’t want to wait for worse lab results or bad news bears from their medical provider before doing something about their health.

We’re looking for a few more motivated people who are ready to change their trajectory—from heading toward medication and decline to becoming capable, strong, resilient, and healthy well into old age.

Comment **OPTIMAL** and I’ll send you more information.

Spots are filling fast... don't wait if you're ready to make "healthy" part of who you are- for life!

Lift for Longevity has continued to grow, and we are getting close to the number of people we can comfortably coach in our current class schedule.

That matters to us because we do not want this to become a room full of people following the same workout while a coach stands at the front.

The whole point is to give people a place to build strength with guidance.

Exercises can be adjusted. Questions can be answered. And you can work at the level that makes sense for your body instead of trying to keep up with everyone else.

That is what we want to protect as the program grows.

We are currently working on opening additional class times during the week so more people can join without losing that level of attention.

Lift for Longevity is $150 per month for unlimited classes.

If you have been thinking about joining, send us a message. We can let you know what is currently available and keep you updated as new class times are added.

Something often starts to feel different after 40.

The weight is harder to manage. Recovery takes longer. You may not feel as strong as you used to. Maybe your blood sugar, cholesterol, or A1c has started moving in a direction you do not like.

It can be easy to assume that all of it is just part of getting older.

Some change is inevitable. But there is still a lot you can influence.

Your strength can improve. Your mobility and balance can improve. Your cardiovascular fitness can improve. The way you eat, move, train, sleep, and manage stress can also influence your metabolic health.

The challenge is knowing what your body actually needs.

That is why Longevity Foundations begins with assessment instead of assumptions.

We measure where you are today, help you understand what the results mean, and then build a personalized 12-week plan around what deserves your attention most.

Because proactive health is not about trying to control everything.

It is about understanding what you can influence and having a clear plan to act on it.

Applications are open for our first 15-person Founders Round in Central Illinois.

If this sounds like the kind of guidance you’ve been looking for, comment “FOUNDATIONS” below and we’ll send you more information.

When we started Lift for Longevity, the goal was simple.

Create a place where adults could build strength, improve balance, and keep doing the things they want to do as they age, without feeling like they had to walk into an intimidating gym environment and figure everything out on their own.

And the response has been incredible.

We’re getting close to capacity in our current classes, which means we’re now working on opening additional times during the week so more people can join.

Lift for Longevity is a coach-led group fitness program built around strength, balance, and movement. You don’t need to already be in great shape, and the exercises can be adjusted to where you are today.

The goal isn’t to train harder just for the sake of training harder.

It’s to become stronger and more capable for the things that matter outside the gym.

Unlimited Lift for Longevity classes are $150 per month.

If you’ve been thinking about joining, send us a message. We can let you know what class times are currently available and keep you updated as we add more.

You probably don’t need another person telling you to eat healthier, exercise more, lose weight, or get better sleep.

You already know those things matter.

The harder part is knowing what those recommendations actually look like for you.

Should you be walking more or lifting weights? What should you change about how you eat? Which health markers should you be paying attention to? How do you know if what you’re doing is actually working?

That is the gap Longevity Foundations is designed to fill.

We start by assessing your metabolic health, cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility, joint function, and balance. Then we use those results to create a personalized 12-week plan for how you eat, move, train, and age.

This isn’t about giving you another list of things you “should” be doing.

It’s about helping you understand where your health stands today, what deserves your attention, and what to do next.

We’re accepting applications for only 15 Central Illinois adults for our first Longevity Foundations Founders Round.

Want to learn more? We’ll put the full program details and application link in the comments.

You probably don’t need another person telling you to eat healthier, exercise more, lose weight, or get better sleep.

You already know those things matter.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁:

What does “healthy eating” actually look like for my body?

Should I walk more, lift weights, or exercise harder?

How can I build strength without aggravating my knees, back, or shoulders?

Which health markers should I be paying attention to?

What should I focus on first... without trying to change everything at once?

You don’t need more vague health advice.

You need to understand where your health stands today, what your body needs, and which changes are most likely to move you forward.

That's why we created Longevity Foundations.

This personalized 12-week program begins with assessing your metabolic health, cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility, joint function, and balance.

Then, we use those results to create your individualized blueprint for improving how you eat, move, train, and age.

You’ll receive:
• Personalized nutrition and exercise guidance
• Twice-weekly coached strength training
• Individualized cardiovascular training
• Glucose monitoring and metabolic education
• Physical therapy support
• A practical longevity curriculum you can continue using beyond the program

This isn’t about giving you another list of things you “should” be doing.

It’s about helping you understand what to do, why it matters, and how to apply it consistently—with healthcare professionals guiding you through the process.

We’re accepting applications for only 15 Central Illinois adults to join our first Longevity Foundations Founders Round.

Participation is application-only because we’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to stop guessing and actively change the trajectory of their health.

Once the 15 founding-member spots are filled, applications will close.

We’ve been taught to wait.

Wait until the blood sugar crosses the line into diabetes.

Wait until the cholesterol requires medication.

Wait until pain, weakness, or poor mobility begins limiting what we can do.

Until then, we’re told to “keep an eye on it.”

But watching your health move in the wrong direction isn’t the same as having a plan to change it.

And longevity isn’t only something to think about after retirement.

You are aging right now—and proactive healthcare can begin at any age.

Improving your metabolic health and your ability to move well supports nearly every system in your body. Your muscle can become stronger. Your mobility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness can improve. Your blood sugar and energy can change.

You cannot control everything—but you can influence far more than you may realize.

That’s why we created Longevity Foundations.

We’ll assess your metabolic health, cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility, joint function, and balance—then turn that information into a personalized 12-week blueprint for improving how you eat, move, train, and age.

With coached strength training, individualized exercise guidance, physical therapy support, personalized nutrition, glucose monitoring, and practical longevity education, you won’t just be told to “get healthier.”

You’ll understand where you stand and what to do next.

We’re accepting applications for only 15 Central Illinois adults to join our first Founders Round.

If you’re ready to stop watching and waiting—and start actively changing where your health is heading—apply below before the available spots are filled.

Maybe you’ve been told to watch your sugar, lose weight, exercise more, or monitor your cholesterol—but you still don’t have a clear plan.

You want to know where your health stands, what deserves your attention, and how to become stronger, healthier, and more capable as you age.

That’s why we created Longevity Foundations.

This personalized 12-week program, led by a physician assistant and physical therapist, begins with assessing your metabolic health, cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility, and balance.

Then, we’ll create your individualized blueprint through:

• Personalized nutrition and exercise guidance
• Twice-weekly coached strength training
• Cardiovascular training
• Glucose monitoring
• Physical therapy support
• Practical longevity education

This isn’t a quick fix or passive solution. It’s a professionally guided process for people ready to learn, participate, and make meaningful changes.

Only 15 people will be accepted into our first Founders Round. Participation is application-only, and applications will close once the spots are filled.

IT’S OFFICIAL: Introducing Longevity Foundations! 🎉

A personalized 12-week program for Central Illinois adults who are ready to stop “keeping an eye” on their health—and start changing its trajectory.

We created this for the person who has been told to watch their sugar, lose weight, exercise more, or keep an eye on their cholesterol—but was never given a clear plan for what to do next.

We’ll begin by assessing your:

• Metabolic health

• Balance and stability

Then, Cody—a physical therapist—and Kelsey—a physician assistant—will create your personalized blueprint for improving how you eat, move, train, and age.

The program includes:

• Individualized nutrition and exercise guidance
• Twice-weekly coached strength training
• Personalized cardiovascular training
• Monthly physical therapy support
• Glucose monitoring and metabolic education
• Practical education about aging well

This isn’t another generic fitness challenge or quick fix.

It’s meaningful data, expert guidance, and a clear plan for becoming stronger, healthier, and more capable.
