There’s nothing “pre” about prediabetes—and nothing harmless about being told your numbers are “borderline.”
Your body doesn’t go from healthy to diabetic in a day. Metabolic disease develops slowly. Blood sugar creeps up, blood pressure stays a little too high, cholesterol and triglycerides shift, or fat begins accumulating in the liver.
These are early warning signs. We shouldn’t ignore them simply because we haven’t crossed an official diagnostic line yet.
An A1C of 6.4% is considered prediabetes, while 6.5% is considered diabetes. That cutoff is necessary for diagnosing disease, but your body doesn’t suddenly become unhealthy because your number moved by one tenth of a percent. It’s all part of the same progression—and the earlier you take action, the more opportunity you have to change where you’re headed.
That’s why we created Longevity Foundations. It’s for proactive people like you who don’t want to wait for worse lab results or bad news bears from their medical provider before doing something about their health.
We’re looking for a few more motivated people who are ready to change their trajectory—from heading toward medication and decline to becoming capable, strong, resilient, and healthy well into old age.
Comment **OPTIMAL** and I’ll send you more information.
