✨ BEFORE THE TEST:
Uniforms crisp ✔️
Belts tied perfectly ✔️
Hair looking good ✔️
Full of energy ✔️
“We got this!” 😎

💀 AFTER THE TEST:
Sweaty.
Exhausted.
Hair everywhere.
Uniforms hanging on for dear life. 😂
But behind that tired look is something even better — PRIDE. ❤️🥋
They pushed through the physical fitness test, performed their techniques and katas, faced challenges, and gave it everything they had.
That’s what belt testing is all about. Not looking perfect at the end… but knowing you earned that tired. 💪🔥

🥋 BELT TESTING WEEK = COMPLETE! 🥋

We are SO proud of every Warrior who tested last week …..and we’re excited to say that everyone passed! 🎉👏

Our students were challenged in so many ways throughout their belt tests. They pushed themselves during the physical fitness portion, demonstrated their traditional katas and techniques, put their skills to work during sparring, and finished by breaking through boards that some of them weren’t even sure they could break. 💪
Those moments are what belt testing is all about. It’s not just about earning the next belt , it’s about pushing past doubt, staying focused when things get difficult, and realizing, “I can do more than I thought I could.” ❤️🥋

This testing week was also extra special because we held our FIRST-EVER Gifted Warriors Belt Test! ❤️ Our Gifted Warriors absolutely ROCKED their test and showed so much focus, determination, confidence, and excitement. We couldn’t be prouder of them!

To every Warrior who stepped onto the floor and gave it their all: CONGRATULATIONS! 🎉
You worked for those belts. You earned them. And now it’s time to keep growing.
On to the next one, Warriors! 🥋💪

A huge thank you to Keshta_hany , karate Coach for an incredible sparring seminar! 🥋🔥

Some of our Warriors Competition Team members had the opportunity to attend, train, and learn so much. From new techniques and strategies to sharpening their skills on the mat, they walked away with plenty to bring back to their training. 💪

We’re always grateful for opportunities that allow our athletes to learn, grow, and challenge themselves outside of their regular training.
