Punished Gym

Ok , today was definitely a goosebumps moment at the gym. I personally prayed about this and asked for prayers. Today a gentleman I’ve been working with, who hasn’t stood up in 8 years,Stephen, what a WOW MOMENT. It was Emotional, Exhilarating and just simply Amazing. This is just a start to his journey and what’s to come. Baby steps, for sure. I was personally overcome with joy, heart beating super fast, crazy feeling. It’s all God for sure , he makes these things happen. It takes village, and we’re prepared. Remember God gives his greatest battles to his greatest warriors, HEAD UP AND MOVE FORWARD.

Noteworthy accomplishments have been occurring recently, marking a new year and new objectives. Failing to establish goals positions one at a disadvantage from the outset. I must emphasize the importance of recognizing your intrinsic value, distinct from financial worth. Your self-worth, independence, and significance to loved ones are paramount; it is essential to acknowledge that you matter. Therefore, it is crucial to overcome procrastination and take action. The only means of achieving stability is through personal effort. Ultimately, you need only demonstrate your capabilities to yourself. Be prepared to impress yourself. SO LETS ROLL, new month, harder challenges, better you, Head up and Move Forward.

As you know this is Oscar the grouch, lives and eats trash, guess you can say he is what he eats , TRASH . It’s a New Year = NEW YOU, not a New Year’s resolution. We’re past that excuse , we’re striving for the absolute best out of ourselves. Eat right, train right, SHOW UP , THANK THE GOOD LORD YOU WOKE UP. MAKE THIS YOUR PACT with your self to be the very best , determined, dedicated and reliable self to do what is coming this year. I have confidence in each and everyone of you, don’t let YOU DOWN

You’ve come along way son. God is nothing short of AMAZING. Everything from here is about making memories, I loved you then and love you now, you came out the other side of something horrific to who you are now, A great daddy, husband and person with a great testimony, HEAD UP AND MOVE FORWARD.
