Our campers had an amazing time learning cupcake decorating techniques while exploring the art of baking in a fun, hands-on environment. Experiences like these inspire creativity, build confidence, and introduce our scholars to exciting career possibilities. Our campers even earned a certificate of completion at the end of the session.

Building Strong Writers, One Letter at a Time!

Great writing starts with great handwriting! Our youngest scholars are strengthening an essential lifelong skill by practicing proper letter formation, spacing, and writing their first and last names. These foundational skills help build confidence, improve classroom success, and prepare students for future academic growth.

This summer has been extra special because I never imagined we would have so many older youth enrolled at The Innovation Station. Supporting this age group can be challenging, but it's also incredibly rewarding.

We're so thankful to Leaders of Excellence, a nonprofit led by Alyssia Walker, for investing in our older campers through leadership development, team building, career readiness, cooking, conflict resolution, and life skills. Their impact has been amazing, and our campers have truly benefited from every session. She supports our program three days per week and it is never a dull moment.
