Make and Take Pickleball Inspired Biscuits to your early morning Open Play
1. Self rising flour and heavy cream are the best but if you need a substitute for the cream you can use stick of butter melted 1 cup of water or 1 1/2 cups of plain Greek yogurt (whole fat) - You get creative when you’re on a budget
2. mix it until the dough isn’t too wet or dry (it should be smooth not sticky) The original recipe is from Cowboy Kent On YouTube- I just tweeted it because creamer is expensive
3. roll it out (you can use a glass cup if you don’t have a rolling pin)
4. Cut them and then dimple them to create the Pickleball look
5. Bake in your oven - Temp will vary I do 450 for 14-15 minutes in my Ninja Foodi on BAKE

Tucker Carlson challenged Mark Cuban to a Pickleball match after a scathing clip from Tucker’s podcast dropped and Cuban responded.
Carlson called Cuban out on his recent Data Center pontification - you may remember it from a month or so ago - Cuban said the Data Centers and AI bubble were going to pop and technology would advance to where these centers were no longer needed — aka freeing them up for Pickleball court usage.
It was a metaphor of course siting creative destuction — Tucker took issue in a recent TCN episode, dropped it on socials and Mark responded on Instagram.
He explained what he meant and Tucker said you’re welcome to come on the show and discuss bring your Pickleball paddle.
I don’t have intel on Tucker playing but I do know Mark plays and is an owner of the Dallas Flash MLP team.
If Tucker and Mark do play singles or doubles - I hope they stream it - that would be fun to see which one wins.
