Every movement has a purpose. We are breaking down the back squat. It’s a foundational movement that builds strength, stability, balance, and confidence both inside and outside of the gym.
We don’t want you to just do the workout. We want you to understand why we’re training certain movements, what they are designed to improve, and how they show up in everyday life. The more you understand your training, the more confident you’ll feel.

This week marks the beginning of our 8-week Strength Cycle focused on the bench press. Whether you’ve been training with us for years or you’ve been watching from afar, this week is all about one thing: finding your starting point.
