Stop weighing yourself every day.

You are not a number on a scale.

I quit the daily weigh-in years ago and it changed everything about how I show up in this body.

What matters more? Body composition — how much muscle, how much fat, how much water. That tells you the story the scale never could.

I use a body analyzer for this. Takes 60 seconds, gives me the full picture, and I check in once a week - not every morning trying to earn my worth by a number.

Two married 60-year-olds decide to get a puppy. Netflix is currently in preproduction.

Louie must have been the alpha in his litter and he came in and thought he would be the alpha in our home. 😂😂

It’s been a challenger. No regrets. Mostly. 😃

I have a confession to make!!!

We went to dinner last night to a Mexican restaurant. I ate too many chips!!!

I felt blah! It affected my sleep too!

One of the things I’ve learned to do after a night like this is to put on my workout clothes and head to a workout.

My spanx leggings came to the rescue. They suck me in and have the cooling technology.

5 Things I started in my 50s to get my confidence back.

1️⃣ I started HRT.
2️⃣ I started using peptides.
3️⃣ I started walking 10000 steps a day (most days).
4️⃣ I started planning my meals around protein and fiber.
5️⃣ I started listening to my body.

We are all different. There is no one size fits all in middle age.
