Our members are the bedrock of our community, and words can't express how grateful we are for everything you guys do to make this gym feel like home 🫶 So, this month we're showing it with more than just words. We know it's been crowded in the rope room, so we've added a 5th auto-belay with all-new routes!

It's such a pain when you forget your gear or bring a friend who doesn't have their own, right?

This month, that's all on us. Rental gear is free of charge for members and anyone brought in on a member guest pass.

Join us Sunday, 9/13, to celebrate with the climbing community! We'll kick off the festivites at 4:30, and raffle drawings + award announcements will happen around 7:30

All members who attend will automatically get 1 raffle entry, and we'll have an assortment of challenges and games where you can earn more tickets!

Comments about setting are one of the most common kinds of feedback we get from our members, and we want to make sure y'all have a chance to make your voices heard in the setting and grading process

Starting this week, instead of leaving new boulder routes blank for the first week, we'll have community grading set up in the boulder room! If you complete a climb during that time, you can mark what you think its grade should be ✍️

And on the 8th, we're hosting a Member Forerunning Session where you can work directly with the setters on the boulder problems for that week. Registration is available at the front desk, and if you're interested, don't wait to sign up! There are only 8 spots available and they are first come, first serve

We're bringing the Ladies' Climbing Coalition to High Point with a new and improved version of our Ladies' Night!

Starting 9/14, this event will be on the 2nd Monday of every month. We'll have:
1/2 off day passes starting at 4 PM
Yoga with Hanah at 6 PM
And an LCC Meetup from 7-9 PM

What an amazing trail day!! From hauling heavy rocks and cutting away fallen trees at New Wall to several folks completing their first-ever outdoor routes, our Birmingham members showed UP on Saturday 🙌

As always, thank you to SCC for all the work they do to preserve these incredible outdoor spaces 🫶 Their final Trail Daze of Summer event is up in TN this weekend, and it's going to be a blast!

Thank you to our members who showed up to help the SCC clean up the trails at Steele on the 8th! And don't forget, there's another trail day this Saturday, 8/22, at Sand Rock 🌄 Join us in taking care of one of our favorite local crags from 9 AM to noon (and maybe some climbing afterward 👀)
