The Chase Bays Power Steering Rack Hardline Replacement for Nissan 350z / G35 is built for anyone dealing with damaged factory rack lines, old rusty lines, or anyone who wants to prevent that issue before it happens. In the G/Z world, these lines are a common problem. They’re easy to damage when working around the engine bay, especially during install or removal. Our tight-tolerance hose ends offer more clearance than the factory hard lines, making the setup cleaner and easier to work around.

This kit replaces the factory steering rack hard lines with 4AN stainless steel hose ends paired with stainless steel braided, Teflon PTFE-lined, black PVC-coated hose. As always, we use high-quality components and pressure test every line we assemble. When installed correctly, this kit is guaranteed to provide a clean, leak-free solution.

The Chase Bays Ultra High-Flow Electric Fans were designed to meet the demands of street cars, drift cars, road race cars, time attack builds, and everything in between. While many aftermarket fans overlook one of the most common failure points, the electrical connection. We integrated a genuine weatherproof Deutsch DT motorsport connector to eliminate the unreliable plug designs found on most fans.

The Chase Bays Front to Rear Brake Line Kit & Rear Hard Line Delete is the ideal solution for enthusiasts looking to replace aging, rusty, or damaged factory brake lines while simplifying the overall brake system layout.

This kit eliminates the OEM hard lines and replaces them with high-quality -3AN stainless steel braided lines featuring a PTFE (Teflon) inner liner and durable black PVC coating for long-lasting performance and protection. The system runs from the engine bay brake line connection all the way to the rear caliper line connections, providing a clean, reliable, and serviceable setup.

To further improve the design, the factory rear brake tee located above the subframe is removed and replaced with a motorsport-grade 3AN tee, creating a cleaner installation with improved serviceability and durability compared to the OEM configuration.

The Chase Bays Clutch Master Cylinder Adapter is the cleanest, most complete solution for upgrading/ replacing your OEM Clutch Master Cylinder. We offer this product for multiple chassis including Nissan S & R chassis, FC/FD RX7, Nissan 350Z, ZN8/ZN6 and many more.

It’s made from 1/8” (3.17mm) thick powdercoated steel, with pressed and welded M8x1.25 studs for a rock-solid, OEM-style install. No guesswork. No drilling. Just a precise fit that works.

Choose from three options based on your build needs:

Adapter Only – Just the firewall plate. Great if you already have a master, fittings, clevis, and reservoir.

Adapter + Tilton Master Cylinder Kit – Adds a Tilton 76-Series CMC in your choice of 0.625” or 0.75” bore, plus all AN fittings and clevis to adapt to your factory pedal.

Full Add-On: Reservoir, Bracket & Hose – Adds our standalone Chase Bays Clutch Fluid Reservoir, mounting bracket, and EPDM feed hose for external mounting. Isolating the clutch fluid system from the brakes is critical for track use, you don’t want heat or failure shared between circuits.

This kit does NOT work with the OEM clutch line, but it does work with the Chase Bays Clutch Line. When you choose the Tilton option, we include the correct 3/8-24 banjo bolt, so you just swap that in place of your M10x1.0 and you’re good to go.

Our ABS Brake Lines for the Dual Piston Brake Booster Delete for Toyota 86 / GR86 / Subaru BRZ got an update!!

Slide 1-3 show the new line design with better routing, shorter lines and also the new male 4AN fittings for the ABS unit.

Slide 4 & 5 show the old design, adapters needed to attach the lines to the ABS unit and longer length.

The old design worked just fine but the update makes the entire install and overall fit and finish much better!
