Wheelhouse Academy was born out of the notion that learning the right way to work out is just as important as the workout itself.
That’s where the idea of the Wheelhouse “Academy” comes in. Luan Nguyen is a professional trainer that has consulted with more than 50 gyms across the country. He has seen what they do right, and corrected what they do wrong. And now he’s taking the best of those practices and putting them to work at Wheelhouse Academy.
