Highlights include Lanie and Katrina taking 1st and 3rd overall in the short course; the evergreen Mia taking 2nd in her age group in the medium course and George winning his age group in the long course!

George took 2nd in the Masters 45+ field and won the Mid-Atlantic Regional Road Race Championship this weekend thanks to Tyler and Evan helping him get in and stick the early breakaway! Fantastic hand crafted trophies from Dirk Martin and big thanks to Joseph L. Jefferson for keeping road racing alive in the region.
