Most workdays fold into themselves. Same room. Same screen. Same energy at 1 PM as 11.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon, you can put a break in the middle of one. 45 minutes of jiu jitsu, then back to whatever the afternoon held — except now it’s the afternoon and not the rest of the morning.
