Like many (most? all?) of you, I've had Dolly on my mind. These words from a friend of mine say best what I've been thinking:
"Dolly,
Your most important work may be this week when people around the country across generations, races, economic strata, even (maybe, especially) political stripes — come together to mourn you.
One last gift from the self-made, love everybody, mountain girl.
We will all always love you."
