Riding tip for the week 💡Amelia Newcomb Dressage has this great concept called "finding your confidence button", the idea is that fear makes you physically tip forward in the saddle (there's a muscle, the psoas, that contracts when you're scared). Her fix: tuck your tailbone, engage your low abs, and lower your center of gravity, literally "find your confidence button" instead of letting the fear win.
