Updated schedule!
Changes:
Kids class will now start at 4pm and end at 5:15pm.
Wrestling class on Wednesdays and Fridays will run from 5:15 until 6:30pm.
Morning Muay Thai will begin the run at 9:50am.

Fight Syndicate Big Bear has been instrumental in my journey. They've fundraised for me, hosted a seminar for my medical care and costs. I became very close friends with Coach Red and Coach Becca (you may recognize Becca from my Nordic Comic Con trip last year). They are genuinely some of the most amazing people I've ever met. I have lifelong friends in them. I trained martial arts at their school while I was still able to and l plan to continue training once l've healed.
If you find yourself in Southern California, come train at their new location! Before my surgery next week, it would mean a lot to me if the community can rally around them and support their efforts. They are AMAZING coaches.

From the mountains to the beach! Three of our kids competed today at Jiu Jitsu World League in Del Mar. Sunny and Michael did well against tough opponents. Costa got gold today in Gi and NoGi! Way to represent Big Bear, boys!

Schedule change!

As many of your already know, we have a camp training with us for the next 3 weeks. We’ve made some changes to the schedule while they’re here.
7:30 Jiu Jitsu on MWF has been changed to 5:30, which means the Monday 5:30 class will be co-ed.
If folks still wish to get MMA training on Wednesday and Friday at 5:30, they can do so.
The camp will have an AM session that will not affect our classes.
The camp will train in the evening at 7:30. All gym members, no filming or photography during their sessions.
