TEMPLE JAM is FRIDAYYYYYYYYY!!

Our favorite day of the month. A chance to just dance however you’re feeling. We start with a grounding group warm up and then we all get a chance to do a freestyle dance to whatever music we’ve been loving lately. There doesn’t have to be a plan, you can just let loose and be witnessed. Some choose to bring a fun outfit or some props, some choose to just dance as-is, and some choose to just witness and cheer everyone on!
