Throughout Black History Month, (which was invented at a YMCA in Chicago), YMCA leaders across the country have been having conversations about importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our work and in our communities. On a recent call, Tracy Miller, the District Executive Director of YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase, shared what Black History Month means to her, and why it's so important to observe.
