Making a Splash This Summer! 🏊

We had a great turnout Saturday for our first Swimming Clinic. Athletes worked on strength and endurance in the water using medicine balls, swimming through hoops, and other aquatic exercises.

The biggest thank you goes to Oklahoma Swimming for providing coaches and athletes to lead Learn to Swim sessions for our younger athletes. We are grateful for their support and excited about the possibilities this experience opened for our athletes.

Thank you to our Bethany Children's Health Center's volunteers who got in the water and helped make the clinic possible! 💦

This was an experience our Oklahoma Storm Athletes will never forget!

10 Oklahoma Youth ParaSports athletes represented Oklahoma at Move United Nationals in Grand Rapids, Michigan, competing against some of the best adaptive athletes from across the country.

💪 9 athletes set at least one personal record
🏅 5 athletes now hold one or more national records

Adapted Sports is THIS Thursday at Bethany Children’s! 💙

Come play, move, and have some fun from 5:30–6:30 PM! It is a great evening for kids with disabilities to get active, try new activities, and be part of the action.
