THE CALL 2026! ❤️‍🔥

Earlier this month, young adults from more than eight IPHC conferences came together for The Call, hosted by The Awakening in partnership with the Appalachian Conference.

Throughout the weekend, there was time for worship, prayer, breakout sessions, conversations around tables, and plenty of time at the altar. More than anything, the weekend was a reminder that being called to ministry is about much more than a position or a title. It’s a daily decision to follow Jesus, pursue Him, love the people around us, and continue saying yes to Him in every season.

One young adult shared, “I used to feel alone, but being here this weekend I realized there are a lot of me! I found my people!”

Assignments may change, but the calling remains the same: “Come and follow Me.”

We’re thankful for everyone who poured into these young adults and helped make this weekend possible!

What a privilege it was to be at YouthQuest this past week! 🤍

From a room full of students hungry to learn more about missions, to prayer rooms filled with adoration and surrender to Jesus, to all the laughter and moments in between. We were reminded again and again of how faithfully God is moving in this generation.

We are so grateful for the love, intentionality, and investment that IPHC Student Ministries continues to pour into the next generation. It was an honor to be part of it.

Our 2026 Summer Internship has officially come to an end, and all we can say is… thank You, Jesus!

This summer He allowed us to serve in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Argentina, and Paraguay. We watched Him move in ways we could have never planned, and we’re so thankful for every missionary, national leader, church, supporter, and volunteer who welcomed us and made this summer possible.

One of our interns shared this:
“On our first ministry day in Costa Rica, we were asked to pray for a woman who had been dealing with a head injury for three months. I felt the Lord asking me to pray, but I was full of doubt. After we prayed, she told us the pain was gone. Jesus reminded me that He can work through my weakness and that His grace is always enough.”

Stories like these remind us that ministry has never been about what we can do—it’s always been about what Jesus does.

Our second Open Team just came back from Kenya! 🇰🇪

“This week gave me a glimpse into what heaven will be like. The ability to worship and serve God with people from all different backgrounds was a beautiful opportunity that I cannot wait to experience again.”

Last week, we had the privilege of serving alongside the incredible team from CLI Church in the Dominican Republic. 🇩🇴

We spent our first three days hosting our very first youth camp, bringing together youth and young adults from churches across the denomination. The rest of the week was spent serving children through Vacation Bible School and partnering with local churches in kids' ministry.

It was a week full of joy, new friendships, and countless moments where we saw God move in powerful ways.

One of our team members, Tyler, shared this reflection from the trip:

"This was my first mission trip, and there were so many unforgettable moments. I had so much fun picking and trying every fruit I saw, and I enjoyed every meal prepared for us. But the most memorable part was seeing the desperation on the faces of the children as they longed to hear more about Jesus. It challenged me and encouraged me to have that same desperation for Christ in my own life."

We're grateful for what the Lord did in and through this team, and we're excited to see how He continues to use these experiences to shape hearts for His Kingdom.
