11U Berthoud Jr Spartans Tie NoCo Wolves & Vanquish Firestone Flames In High-Scoring Affair in Sunday's Double Header ⚾️⚾️

11U Berthoud Jr Spartans and NOCO Wolves tied 5-5 on Sunday at Longmont Garden Acres Park. Jr Spartans first got on the board when Wyatt Wendland doubled, scoring one run. LJ Tellers led 11U Berthoud Jr Spartans with two hits in two at bats against the NoCo Wolves.

11U Berthoud Jr Spartans flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the first, scoring 13 runs on four hits to take the lead against Firestone Flames, finishing 19-10.

11U Berthoud Jr Spartans scored six runs on four hits in the bottom of the second inning. Brayden Braunsroth singled, scoring one run, LJ Tellers doubled, scoring two runs, a wild pitch scored one run, Rylyn Nichols singled, scoring one run, and Wyatt Wendland doubled, scoring one run.

Wyatt led 11U Berthoud Jr Spartans with three hits in three at bats. LJ and Wyatt each drove in three runs for 11U Berthoud Jr Spartans. Ashton led 11U Berthoud Jr Spartans with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, accumulating six walks for the game. LJ stole two bases.

12U goes 1-0-1 today, with a team BBQ between games.

16U was 1-1 yesterday.
