Our studio is a not just a place where students simply learn how to kick and punch.

We are building a school of champions. Where people learn discipline, confidence, respect, perseverance, and how to carry themselves when life gets uncomfortable.

We have been developing students since 1989—but medals have never been our only measure of success.

We’re home from an incredible trip to Orlando, recharged, inspired, and ready to open the doors to the next chapter of Yousef Tae Kwon Do.

We’ll be at the studio TONIGHT from 5–7 PM.

STRONGHER Training is officially enrolling—and this is not your average women’s workout class.

Four nights a week, we’re bringing together:

💪 Strength training
❤️ Cardio
🧘‍♀️ Stretching and mobility
🥋 Practical self-defense
🔥 Real-life training for real women

No experience required. No perfect fitness level expected. Just show up ready to move, learn, laugh, get stronger, and surprise yourself.

We’re opening the doors 3 more times this week for tours, questions and our Founding 37 enrollment:

📅 Monday, Sept 21 | 11 AM–1PM and then again 7 - 8PM

📅 Tuesday, Sept 22 | 6–8 PM

Then on Wednesday, we’re heading out of state for a much-needed wellness retreat before we come home, tighten our belts and officially begin classes on October 1!

Thank you to every family and friend who stopped in today, toured the dojang, asked questions, entered our raffles, and celebrated this next chapter with us. The energy in the building was incredible!

We heard from several people who wanted to come but couldn’t make it—so we’re extending our Open House for one more day!
