Lots of NEW classes being added:
People have been asking , we already do good but time to give what was asked for!

Kids:
Starting October Monday & Wednesday
4:30-5:30pm kids competition classes.
Criteria required: For example - current student for last 3 months, and must be in addition to your fundamental classes as well.
Ask for more info.

Adults :
NOW Monday and Wednesday after 7:30 class is competitive rolling
3 stripe white and above
Roll every round or until you can't, no breaks. You're rolling or you're off the mats.

Starting October :
Tuesdays at 6:30
Adults get a purple belt and above advance class, ”mastery “ .
Learn full systems … example : work x-sweep and all details for a month then move to leg locks for a month or two… however long to get through system .
Possibly more days to be added .

Don’t forget this weekend is 8th Degree Master Caique seminar. Can pay on website under events or 75.00 at the door. White GI! If needed I have loaners .

Woohoo 🎉, great job competitors , coaches and TOSS families! Everyone smashed it getting first place kids and put us beyond reach for overall Academy Team champions, also got 2nd
Place association after 3 team merged to barely take the lead against our 1 school! Super proud of you all and the hard work you put in to it. Great Summer Camp last week… average around 70-80kids daily…Tuesday with 119kids! … we had starting 4 group levels that Eventually merged to 2 from thier quick learning and grasping of the basics. I want to say thanks to all the helpers that made this possible for them to learn and have fun keeping the ratio of instructors to students.
