Not every builder in the Onewheel racing space comes from engineering. Orie Rush spent years animating explainer videos and medical illustrations before Flight Fins ever existed, and that background shows up in how the company runs today.

The Santa Fe rider just missed the podium by 1.4 seconds in his first-ever race at Northwest Electric Fest, despite his pads failing four times and a 35 mph crash mid-heat. Now he's setting his sights on Amped Electric Games 2026 (Oct 1–4).
